November | Act 1 Remake Coming In December~
Guess what?
I finished all the major artwork for Act 2 in November! Plus, I reworked Act 1 quite a bit—redid all the translations, removed some lines, reorganized the game structure, and got rid of those annoying punctuation quirks and shake effects <- I have no idea why I put them in in the first place...
November Progress:
- All Act 2 art is done
- Remake and test Act 1
Decemberber Plans:
- Release re-worked ver Act 1
- Act 2 internal testing
- Act 2 translation + proofreading
- Prep for the Steam page launch
Based on the current timeline, I'll be delivering the Act 1 update sometime in December. There’s no new content (maybe a few extra lines...)—anyway, it’s just a remake! So, if you’ve already played Act 1, you don’t need to replay it unless you really love it or refresh your memory to get prepared for Act 2~
For Act 2, as I’m writing this, I’m still wrapping up the last round of testing (with CGs, music, everything).
The plan goes like this: Testing → Internal testing → Translation → Proofreading → Final edits → Promo video prep → Finalize art → Steam page launch → Release Act 2.
I’d love to release Act 2 and the Steam page at the same time. If all goes well, I'm looking at January for that. Progress has been pretty smooth so far.
You will be able to customize your first & last name in game!
I added ending list system to the game. Act 1 + Act 2, you can collect 10 side endings.
Act 2's gallery is fully loaded now~~~
And...
TROT officially has a logo now~~~! I can't wait to see what's English version look like!

OMG I can't believe just how far this game has come since I first played it :') I remember when I played TROT for the first time in February, and I how much I loved all of its elements, like the characters, the story, the art... I thought (and still think) that you did a really great job with all of these aspects! Also, I love how the logo came out, it looks so cool! I'm really excited to replay Act 1 once the remake is out :D I know that a lot of work and time goes into these kinds of projects, so I wish you all the best for Act 2!! (P.S. If you are still looking for anyone to help you out with proofreading the English translations, I'm more than happy to volunteer! <3) Thank you for all of your hard work :)
